With over three decades of experience in the financial services field, Sean is an expert in medical practice management, health-care consulting and tax planning. After receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the University of Tennessee and gaining experience as an Internal Auditor at HCA, Sean’s career quickly took off. He was named partner in major local CPA firms including Carter, Young, Lankford & Roach, where he worked for 14 years, and The Horne CPA Group, where he spent three years. Seeing the need for a CPA firm offering dedicated support to physicians, Sean launched the firm that bears his name in 2003. Known as an authority in the field of medical practice management, Sean’s articles have appeared in a variety of publications including the Tennessean, Nashville Business Journal, Tri-Cities Business Journal and the Nashville Medical News. His workshops, seminars, and presentations have been delivered to a wide range of groups, including the Tennessee Managed Care Workshop, Quillen College of Medicine, Tennessee Health Care Association, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the State Volunteer Mutual Insurance Company. Sean’s professional affiliations include membership in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Medical Group Management Association. He is a member of the Hendersonville Area Chamber of Commerce and Past-Treasurer of the Tri-City Boys and Girls Club of America and Hendersonville Area Chamber of Commerce

Taylor is a Shareholder at Sean Roach & Associates, PC. A licensed Certified Public Accountant, Taylor’s areas of professional experience include planning and executing tax return preparation services, including supervising team of professionals, ensuring tax compliance matters are handled efficiently and effectively. Taylor is also adept at tax planning for high net worth individuals, tax advisory, consulting, and compliance services for S corporations, partnerships, & individuals. Experienced in many industries including Contractors, Real Estate, Healthcare & service based entities. Taylor is able to effectively navigate the complex tax environment while maintaining the highest quality. Taylor is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA). He is also a member of Rotary Morning Rotary Club & the Hendersonville Chamber of Commerce. Taylor is proud to serve as Board Treasurer for the Hendersonville Area of Commerce & as Board Member for the Hendersonville Rotary Club Foundation. In his spare time, Taylor can be found in the swimming pool, where coach Ron Chlasta has crowned him the fastest swimmer on this side of the Mississippi. He also enjoys supporting Western Kentucky athletics and the Tennessee Titans. Taylor resides in Goodlettsville with their dog Leroy. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from Cumberland University and a Bachelor of Science Accounting degree from Western Kentucky University.
